Multi-structure project at one of the largest coal-fired power plants in the country. With over 5,500 cy’s of concrete and 620 tons of rebar this project helps Duke Energy complete their CCR dewatering and stormwater retention project. Superior Concrete will utilize a Bid-Well paving machine to pour 6,600 lineal feet of ditch side slopes.

2016: Waste water treatment plant consisted of 550 cubic yards of concrete
and 25 tons of rebar.
WSI Salt Storage Building

2015: This design build GC project includes 2,650 cubic yards of concrete, 84 tons of rebar, and 35,040 lbs. of trap rock .

2014: 72,000 Sq. Ft. retail building with 150,000 Sq. Ft. of concrete paving.
Superior Concrete Constructors was awarded the 2015 Concrete Achievement Award from Indiana Ready Mix Concrete Association for this project.
2015: 57,000 Sq. Ft. grocery store with polished slab interior and additional 10,000 Sq. Ft. retail space. Buildings constructed with non insulated tilt wall on casting beds to protect polished slabs. A total of 24,000 Sq. Ft. of tilt wall 3,100 cubic yards of concrete and 63 tons of rebar were used in this project.
Owensboro Health Madisonville
2016: 26,000 Sq. Ft. two story medical facility with a spread footing and grade beam foundation system. 5″ slab on grade with upper decks poured with lightweight concrete. 970 cubic yards of concrete and 26 tons of rebar.
