Medical Office Building and Parking Garage

The Medical Office Building is a 130,000 square foot five story building. SCC poured the upper floors which are slab on metal deck. In addition, SCC built three 80 foot concrete elevator/stair cores for this project. The parking garage for this project is also five stories. SCC formed and poured the foundations and poured re-enforced topping slabs over pre-cast concrete decks.
